Registration

Registration is done by email or fax. Please choose the format most convenient to you, complete the form, and send it to us by fax at (705) 692-7001 or email to snolab2008 _AT_ snolab.ca.

Payment can be made at the door in three different ways:

  1. cash,
  2. a cheque made out to SNOLAB, or
  3. Visa/Mastercard/American Express (pdf). Please do not email or fax a completed form.
Attendees with an NSERC grant at Queen's may pay by NSERC transfer.
